This project was driven by a 'build-to-suit' process specifically catered to two key anchor tenants and was completed in two phases. Constructed from durable pre-cast concrete sandwich panels with economical yet attractive features, the project was completed on time and on budget. As a testament to the project's success, the multi-tenanted buildings have enjoyed 100% occupancy during their decade of operation.
