An office and retail development housing multiple public and private uses. The City of Revelstoke and Faction Projects worked collaboratively to facilitate this development, with the developer executing the delivery process and assuming the associated risks and responsibilities in exchange for the strata sale of approximately 50% of the development to the City of Revelstoke. The building addresses the need for visibility and presence and expresses the progressive nature of Revelstoke with a nod to the City's past.
