The Falcon Lane Apartment project on Westbank First Nation (WFN) reserve land is a 14-unit apartment building consisting of a varied mix of unit types. The architecture takes a regional modern approach, the articulation of the facades break the rhythm of the multiple unit building.

This building will be a piece of the community, connected culturally and supported by a larger network of facilities and programs. By providing smaller rental unit types not yet available, WFN can appropriately house elders who require less space and give independence to younger adults and those with accessibility needs.
