Originally conceived in 2007, this 196 unit multi-family project is currently the largest planned development within the Wilden neighbourhood. Comprised of six garden apartment 'pods', the design takes advantage of the unique juxtaposition between Urban and Rural in the transition between the proposed Village Centre and Still Pond. Challenged by the Economic Crisis of 2008, the project was resurrected in the summer of 2015 as the developer cautiously watches the market for the opportune time to commence construction.
