Situated directly across from Kootenay Lake Hospital, this development will provide complimentary clinical, aesthetic, and pharmaceutical services. Designed to integrate into the hillside and constructed of mass timber, the project exemplifies regional and local context. The vision of a local medical practitioner, the assemblage and subsequent land use approval process included extensive public consultation. The result is a development guided by community input.
